I am passionate about coaching with integrity, about creating a fully supportive environment where my clients will find a place to be heard and space to think.

Clients will find, perhaps for the first time, someone objective who is totally committed to their success, who will encourage and support them in a non-judgemental environment.

I will work with you, one to one, in your workplace, to take you forward.

Through individually tailored programmes you will be supported in your personal development, to improve performance, understand stress or to work towards work/life balance.

What is coaching?

For me, this is best summed up by Laura Whitworth, author of Co-Active Coaching:

A coach will seek to equip clients to develop themselves. A coach is a catalyst for development, change and learning. Coaching is completely confidential and relies upon trust and openness.

David Taylor, author of The Naked Leader, says there is one guaranteed formula for success, this just happens to be the model that many coaches, myself included use:

• Know where you want to go
• Know where you are now
• Know what you have to do to get you where you want to go
• Do it!

When you work with a coach each step of this formula will be worked out, you will learn and grow, stay motivated and focused.
