What do you need to do differently next time that will take you nearer to the result you want? Real failure is when you give up on your goals. If what you are doing isn't working, do something else.

You are the expert on you.
Learn to trust your instinct, listen to your inner voice.

You can do anything if you do it bit by bit.
What one thing will take you nearer to your dream? Every step you take will take you closer to what you really want.

Complete the following six statements. Don't think too deeply about them, just write down the first ideas that come to mind:

How does each statement sound if you start it with "I don't" or "I won't"?

How about looking again at each statement and asking yourself "what if I could?"
